I notice that safari 3 is now in beta, and *finally* available for the PC, so we no longer need a mac to test compatability with this browser.

 

However I see that CuteEditor still dumbs down the interface so customised dropdowns appear as normal drop downs, and the tree drop down simply doesn't exist.

 

The new browser claims to be more compatabile than previous versions, so I was wondering what effect providing safari 3, with the FireFox JavaScript files would have. Is there a way I can set this myself, or is it possible you could try this out for us.

Thanks for the swift reply.

 

According to a number of forums I've been reading Safari 3 has done away with it's old "WebKit framework" in favor of building a new one which is more Geko (FireFox) compatible. As such many AJAX sites such as Gmail no longer work.

 

It's nice to see that the CuteSoft editor continues to opporate as it did in version 2 (as far as I can tell).

 

Looking forward to the enhancements.
