I'm not sure what could be wrong, but when i click the button to "go up 1 level" in the Insert Image dialog box, it doesn't work (circled in red).

 

 

 

 

However, when I try that same functionality in the Insert Document dialog box, it works fine.  I was wondering how to figure out what is wrong here.  I looked at the code and it looks the same for that functionality in both the insert image and insert document examples, so I don't see that an issue there.

 

Also, I looked at http://www.cutesoft.net/asp/EnableAll.asp and it works fine there, so I'm not sure what could be wrong with mine.  I am using CuteEditor for ASP v4.2.  Any help would be greatly appreciated

How did you config your ImageGalleryPath property?

 

 

I have an If-Else block to set the path depending on what language they choose, so it looks something like this:

 

 

So essentially, you end up with an ImageGalleryPath that looks something like "/UK/images"

I redownloaded v4.2 and this problem still occurs.

Can you set the ImageGalleryPath to "/UK/images"?

Ok, so I messed around with it a little and it looks like the problem is my impatience.

 

Does the Image Gallery window load slow pretty often?  For me it is really slow.  Often after clicking the Insert Image icon, it can take a good 30 seconds before it populates the left pane with the image names and folders.  The problem is if I navigate to another folder, then use the Up 1 Level button to go back, it takes a long time to go back, giving the impression that the window is frozen.

 

So it is working correctly, but is there a way to speed it up?  Maybe if it doesn't have to load the little "gif" and "jpg" icons the left of the image names?  Because there can be a couple hundered images in some cases.

If you have many images under one folder, the loading speed will become slow.

 

You can separate your images in different folders. That may help.
