we are interested to purchase this chat tool. But we want to customize this like ... no pop up for nick name, only members from database should be able to chat, hide name of company & tool etc. I did not found any other link to contact with the concerned department/person. Please let me know about this asap.

Login as chat admin, choose the

Room Administration

then uncheck  "Allow Anonymous" field.

Public

Allow Anonymous

Hidden

Enable
