    I have to do something with the text the user types before it is sent to the server and so sent to other users, basically deal with dynamic translations and such.
     
    Is there a way to intercept the "Send action" and pluggin some actions before? Even if I have to change some client javascripts, that's ok. I'm just not sure where to start looking at.

    Ken, thank you for your answer but seems I don't get notifications on this forum... will have to look more often.
     
    Anyway, we have the module installed on a DotNetNuke site, not sure the difference about chat room or chat messenger now...
    We have to module on a page and we want to intercept the action that sends the message the user types to the server, so before it is distributed to other users.
