Hello, I'm evaluating your chat and I found it very interesting. But I noticed a problem. While chatting the CPU usage on my client increase to about 50% and sometimes more. The result is that chatting become slow and also typing letteres became slow. This happen especially while using Internet Explorer. I noticed also that this problem is really relevant using my own server with the trial version installed. Using your demo site the problem is still here but less relevant

I'm really interesting in buy your product but if this problem cannot be solved a think I have to try out other products.

I've also have similar observation. The CuteSoft_Client is sending a lot of request to the IIS server. Also these request are sent with AJAX and the session is not invalidated after some time.  I observed the follwoing:
I did not closed the browser for the whole night, then in the morning the IE was using about 50% of the processor time but also used up to 450Mb of RAM. Is there a memory leak? What could cause such resource usage?
