I have the trial version of Live Support and have been testing on my localhost and then on a single web server DNN installatation and everything works just fine. Same installation on my main production system and I get a timeout error from the Live Support Client.
I have the PA installed, setup the web.config, installed the .lic and App_Code .vb files the same way in all three installations. The only difference in the main production system is that it's a web farm working behind a load balancer. All of the files themselves are stored on a file server behind the web servers.
I can access the web service from my browser just fine. Permission look fine. But when I try and login to a portal domain on the production system I get the following error:
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
