Acutally, I got these errors when open the chat page :

Are you using load balancing?

If not, set up FTP access to your server and send it to me.

I think, there is something in installtion, just I uploaded the files to the web host, and configure the web.config to right connection string, just.
Is this proper installation?, please help me.

I have checked your site. I can't resolve the problem.

Even in the page, we have JavaScript error:

MrPower,

Your installation is correct. However your server inserts some JavaScript code to the page dynamically. I think you should be ok if you find a paid host service.

I am having similar issues. It seems to be happening on all PCs I try except my home computer. I need to get this resolved ASAP as I have already sold the software and will be purchasing a license soon. I recieved these errors as I was demonstrating the site! Not sure why they are not happening on my PC.
