My biggest complaint is the operator alert - there is none....just a little bubble that pops up by your system tray. If the operator is not looking at the screen, they would never see the alert.

 

Karen told me that in about 1 month an update would be available that would include that feature....that was 2 months ago.

 

I wanted to check in and see the progress....

 

Can you give a date with this update?
