Cute chat running in Visual Studio 2008 under .Net 3.5

I would like to start working on projects using CuteChat in Visual Studio 2008. My question is this - can I upgrade the project to the 3.5 .Net Framework?

Yes. it should not have problems with .net 3.5.

I've been working with it under VS2008, although I'm still using the .NET 2.0 framework.
