hii

i have problem in the chat

when i try to lig in as operator i have error msg

Failed to connect chat service:

System.Exception: CONNECTION:ERROR

at LiveSupport.ChatClient.Connect(Boolean now)

at LiveSupport.MyApp.Run()
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

i was reply to u when i purchase the probuct and tell u my sub domain is live.arabmarket.biz

FYI I had the same issue, probably since 12/12/2007, first noticed it on 12/14/2007.

The license file in the zip has me up and running again.

Will purchase real license shortly - based on this good support forum!
