I am getting error.

I just download and use the cuteEditor(trial version) when I use on the local it was working fine when I upload to the server I got an error on uploading picture please have a look at: http://www.siemreapguideservice.com/default2.aspx I hope you can give me solution before I bought it because I love it very much.
