Hello, we are evaluating the Cute Live Support product vs another product . We really like this product. But there is one missing feature in this product that we would like to see, which the other product does offer.
We would really like to see a coaching functionality in CuteLiveSupport, where a trainer could join a new hire privately and automatically every time the new hire picks up a chat session. This would allow the trainer to offer real-time coaching to the trainee without getting in the way in the conversation between the customer and the trainee.
If CuteLiveSupport already has this feature, I would appreciate your pointing out any reference to how this can be enabled or used.
