    Delay to logoff an agent

     

    Dear Cute Live Support admin

    After I started to use the Live Support admin software, I have been able to help many of my customers. But some have a negative experience with the product. I'm a one man business, so if I'm not around, there are no other agents to take over. During a normal working day, there are many sources to why I have to leave my work station. I need lunch, have to visit the restroom, meetings etc.

    My problem is that I just leave the workstation and forget that the live support system is running. My customers think that I'm ready to help them as that is what the web page says, but I might not be on a totally different place.

    So I'm asking you to add another feature to Live Support to help people like me. When the Agent has been about from the keyboard for 10 minutes, the Live Support should automatically change to another status - away or maybe appear offline.

    That would help me to keep my customers happy - that is the main reason we use Cute Live Support
