How can I insert a hyperlink to an inner page? Should I use 'Insert Hyperlink' button? Do I need to upload the web page first? If yes, how do I do that? (When I go to 'Insert Hyperlink' window, then 'Browse' window and click on upload button, no window opens up to let me upload my page).
