I am migrating a site to a new server and I get a new error message, one that I haven't seen before:

 

Waning: simplexml_load_file() [function.simplexml-load-file]: php_netwok_getaddesses: getaddinfo failed: Tempoay failue in name resolution in /va/www/www.gsp.se/html/CuteEdito_Files/include_CuteEdito.php on line 842

 

...then there are some followup errors to this one.

 

the thing with this site is that I have had to enter the domain in my hosts-file, i.e pointing an existing domain to another server just for my computer. This is just during the migration. Can this be the cause of this?

Problem solved.

had nothing to do with Cute.

 

Had to set up the server to accept my domain in the namedbased virtual server.

 

What had me going was the fact that everything worked fine but cute.
