    File Uploader stopped working

After working for about 20 months, our File Uploader suddenly stopped working.
Don't get any error message anywhere.

    It just keeps the looping.

One user reported, his Adobe Flash crashed when he tried to upload. That tells me it has something to do with the Flash.
     Here's our info:

    OS: Windows Server 2003
    IIS: 6.0

    Any idea whats wrong? Thanks,

Access url? Do you mean you want to get there and see it for yourself?

The problem is - thats a password protected area.

Is there any other way you can check it? I can send you screen shots if that helps.

    Let me know,
    Thanks.

    Re: File Uploader stopped working

    Hi Eric,

Emailed you yesterday - informing we downloaded and installed the latest version.
But unfortunately that didn't make any difference.

So - waiting for the next step.

    Thanks,

    Re: File Uploader stopped working

    Hi Eric,

Good News - the Uploader started working suddenly. Don't know how.
Did you guys somehow disabled our License?

Anyway - we are happy at this sudden unexplained comeback, following the sudden unexplained demise.

    Thanks for your efforts.
