I'm misunderstanding the Cute Editor PHP deployment / installation instructions

It says: The "cuteeditor_files" folder and all file it contains (located in the archive) should be deployed to http://{your site}/{your application}/cuteeditor_files/ on your web site.

When I unzipped the download, I have the cuteeditor_files folder, but I also have several other folders (Document, Sample Images, Templates, etc. along with 20 or more other files, (including an index.php).

I can ftp the cuteeditor_files folder and it's contents to my application (http://{my site}/{my application/cuteeditor_files/}  but what do I do with all those other files and folders?

My guess is to make a new folder in my application and name it cuteeditor_files and then to ftp the entire unzipped package.  If so I would have http://{my site}/{my application]/cuteeditor_files/ and in that folder would be:
cuteeditor_file folder and contents
document folder and contents
Sample Images folder and contents
etc.
and 20 or so files, including index.php

Is that right?  Wrong?
