Need Help Please.

Can anyone help me to find exactly where the input fields for the FILE upload are included. 

 

I am using a cms were i have single file upload. Now want to change it to multiple file upload.  

I am planning to use phpfileuploader input in the cms. I need seperate file inputs.

The php uploader has not the input field, so what value you need to get?
