A few times, I have the following error message: FATAL ERROR - FLM error

 

 Attachments come from a Windows PC and are uploaded on a server Linux (Ubuntu)

Try set the UploadType to IFrame, it should shows you the full error message.

 

$uploader->UploadType="IFrame"; 

 

If allow, please send me your uploader page url and show me the full steps to reproduce this issue. I will check it and get back to you as soon as possible.
