I get this when I try to upload more than 1GB.  

Flash : The upload task is interrupted io Error #2038

I  set it to ValidateOption MaxSizeKB="1048576"

Can there be a better error that they reached their Max Size?

 Like "You reach your Max Upload Capacity"

I think you have not set the large file upload settings correct for your IIS.
