Failed to start monitoring file changes

Hi,

I installed the files in a c:\photo directory and created a virtual IIS directory.

When I do http://localhost/photo/show.aspx?album=album1

I got the message: Access denied to 'C:\Photo\BIN'. Failed to start monitoring file changes.

What should I do?
