I would like to know How am I able to manage to show the ToolTip in the Editor object.

Yes. I was trying to modify the config file but it did not work. would you let me know.

Please modify the language XML files.

 

For example, in the en-en.xml.

 <resource name="Bold">Bold</resource>
 <resource name="Italic">Italic</resource>
 <resource name="Underline">Underline</resource>
 <resource name="JustifyLeft">Left Justify</resource>
 <resource name="JustifyCenter">Center</resource>

The text of the element is used as the tooltip text e.g.

<resource name="Bold">This is the text of the Bold tooltip.</resource>
