I am using the licensed version of CuteSoft Chat with ASP.Net, And facing the Error when I am trying to View Logs of the Sent Messages.

"The name 'GetChannelHtml' does not exist in the class or namespace 'ASP.Log_Aspx"

I think The 'GetChannelHtml' function is not there in our files .

can You help to find out the Problem.

It looks like your CuteChat client files have some problems.

Can you download the software again and update all the CuteChat client files?
