I'm wondering how a user could better manage html table attributes, such as <td> width, for example.  I found this post:

but when I opened the file Insert_Table.asp I was not bale to find the code mentioned.

Ok, let me do a better job of explaining what I need.  How do you set the attributes of a table once it has been inserted?  Double clicking on the table does nothing.  We need to set things like cellpadding, cellspacing, width, etc.

This button is not showing.  I thought I had all buttons turned on.  How do I enable ALL buttons?
