I have purchased Cutechat and have integrated it into DNN 2.1.2 with no real problems. I am trying to get the Live Help function/leave a message working and I just can't seem to figure it out. I have read through the forums a couple of times and I guess I'm just not following your responses to other users. Right now I have 4 chatrooms. 3 are normal chatrooms and the 4th is a support room. I want if any of the memebers of the DNN role "Support" are in the support chatroom for the live help to show up.
I also have a few suggestions.
1) Better documentation. I know you say it's in the next version but I'm just re-emphasing it.
2) A queue for a support room, for example each admin can specify the number of users they can help at one time. If that number is exceeded but the user into a queue that refreshes itself every so often to update their "number in line".
3) Be able to specify one user admin of one room but not another
4) If a admin has any number of rooms, he/she can select 4 rooms to display in one window, example:

Basically so they can monitor them all at the same time.
5) Exit button actually closes window or atleast ask the user if they want to close the window.
