Currently, the default integration download for Community Server 2.0 replaces the Header file with:

It would be nice if the Messenger link only appeared in the header when a user has signed into the Community Server site. Can you change the header template to incorporate this?

Please open Themes\default\Skins\Skin-DisplayUserWelcome.ascx.

And change the following code:

To:
