The parameter is incorrect

I get a 'The parameter is incorrect' error when launching the image upload and other similar popup, anyone know what the issue may be?

Which version of CuteEditor are you using?

I never heard this problem before. Can you put a demo online and send the URL to us?

as you will see, any popup thats launched from the editor throw the error, this is becoming urgent now, i have purchased the product but am unable to use it. Any help would be appreciated.

I resolved the problem by adding a new entry in web.config file.

By default, CuteEditor needs read/write permission to the system temp folder. If your host doesn't allow such access, you can specify a different path by adding an entry to your Web.config file. <add key='CuteEditorTempPath' value='/mydirectory' />
