I have disabled "whisper" and disabled file transfers, and disabled the channel list in the sampleportal. however, while all the other settings work (whether or not to show the formatting buttons such as bold/italic/etc), these settings are ignored and i still see the "whisper", the channel list and when i right click i see an option to transfer files.

 

How can that be disabled?
