    Does not recognize anonymous user.

I have Cute Live Support standalone configured as a separate site in standalone mode which the direction says it supports. I have configured host headers to have the separate site be in the same IP address and domain as the main site.

http://livechat.mydomain.com (install of Cute Live Support standalone)

    http://www.mydomain.com (main site)

On several pages of the main site I have added both the support visitor monitor tag and chat button tag. All the chat sessions work fine however the operator(s) does not see the anonymous user. The visitor monitor tag seems not to be working on the main site. Unless the user selects to chat we have no idea there is a user on the page.

I have tested this and if the page with the visitor monitor is in the http://livechat.mydomain.com site it works well and I see the anonymous user and the invite button also works properly.

If livechat standalone supports configuration on it’s own site (not just virtual directory) as is stated in step one of the deployment “Unzip the zip file and create a virtual directory or website pointing to the 'CuteLiveSupport\Web' folder.” Then there must be some configuration setting in the code that I need to know about which I am missing.

Thanks for help with this one….
