HTML issue-continued

Adam,

I want CuteSoft stop changing the HTML across any browser (FireFox, IE etc,), this is causing lot of waste of our time and resources ....

Here are two examples from our many many disgrunted registered users:

Please try using your demo (FireFox and IE)

I would request you fix the product or guide me though so that CuteSoft leaves the HTML alone ... Couple of days back we upgraded to 5.3, cleared cache from any computer that is using it.

PS: We have set DisableAutoFormatting to true for last 18 months

Adam,

Very simple,

step-1: Click on any of the two HTML links in FireFox and observe how it looks, Now copy the HTML from either of the following two links

http://www.channelmax.net/users/ktsaddedvalues/Auctions/aztecsp.htm

http://www.channelmax.net/users/ktsaddedvalues/Auctions/chateaudip.htm

Step-2: Open CuteSoft Demo in FireFox

http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx

Step-3: Paste the HTML copied from step-1 to the HTML tab. You will see the HTML is distorted.

Please try in IE too.

Your silence is very suprising, you are always communicating .. what is the deal on the error, what should we communicate to our users ? Are you guys fixing it ?

I don't know which part of your HTML is changed by CuteEditor.

Your HTML code looks ok to me.

If possible, I suggest you create a piece of HTML code which can demonstrate the problems and send it to me. I am not familar with your content. It's hard to debug your whole page.
