CuteSoft & multiple websites?

Can CuteSoft Web Messenger deal with a single database for multiple websites? We have multiple websites sharing the same db with all the user info in the CuteSoft database. It works perfectly fine within the same web app, but users from different websites can't seem to communicate with each other.

- Does anyone know why? -
