Web Messenger Customization

Hi,

How much can I configure of the web messenger?

I need to add a picture of the user to the messenger window and also change its size and rearrange buttons. Is this possible?

I found in the code the styles to change colors, backgrounds, icons but can it be fully customized to meet my needs?

Also is there more documentation available, besides the on in the zip file, that could help me identify what I need to change?

Yes.

Please open IntegrationUtility.js.aspx file and modify the following code:

win=window.open(url,"",'status=1,width=260,height=450,resizable=1');
