Insert Media NOT using OBJECT Tag

The insert_media.asp in v4 and v5 is using the <embed> tag when a media file is inserted. The problem is FF does not recoginize the <embed> tag. Is there a way I can get an Update WinIE.js file that will include the <object> and <para> information when inserting a movie?
