We have installed Cutesoft trial version at our end. It works fine with some issues. Currently we are evaluating the Chat tool for one of the large Financial Client

Private chat window reamains active even after logging off.
All chat messages are logged to a database. However is their any way User Event's like "User ABC Logged In" or "User ABC Logged Out " are logged to the database.
Can the most recent message is displayed at the Top

Can you please address the same ASAP

After you open a private chat window, it will be an independent browser window. So when user log off the main window, it will not have any impact to this chat window.
