    I have a few issues left to resolve. Maybe you can assist with these problems.
     
    I finally got CuteChat working 100% and now I am working on getting the messenger to work.
     
    Here is what I want to do and you can maybe tell me if and or how it can be done.
    I run dating websites and what I want to do with the messenger is place a button in a profile that allows the
    user that is viewing the profile to click the button and send and IM to the other user.
     
    I do not need or want the standard messenger window because I just want the message to show up on the other computer.
    Is this possible?
     
    If the above is not possible then the other problem I am having is when someone logs into my website and loads the IM window it shows everyone as offline even when the are online. Also is there a way to show everyone that is logged into the website rather than making people add a new contact? Kind of the way the chat shows all users that are in the room would be perfect.
     
    I know I have it configured correctly because the Chat works perfect but the IM is being stubborn.
     
    The last problem I have is I purchased CuteChat but I never received the confirmation email message from Paypal or CuteSoft.
    It is possible that the email address that I used on paypal may have been incorrect. If this was the case what can I do correct this issue?

    There is a function Chat_OpenContact which allows you send users directly to the im_chatform.aspx page.

    For examples:

    Please send us an email with the correct email address with the paypal transaction ID.

    That worked perfectly thank you.
     
    Now onto the other issue of the embedmessenger.ascx loaded on every page of the website.
    First I have no need for the GUI of the embedmessenger.ascx I want it to be invisible to my users. 
    I was able to get this working by making it a 1px by 1px so it can not be seen.  Works like a charm.
     
    But the problem with this approach is it takes the page twice as long to load and it seems like a lot of overhead to include this in my master page so it is loaded throughout the website.
     
    Is there a better way or is this the only way to do it?
     
    How about a trimmed down version embedmessener.ascx control that just puts the user online and pops open a new window when an IM is recieved? No need for the extra overhead of the GUI.
     
     
    Is it possible to speak to someone on the phone? Trying to explain this way will take me forever!

    Almost a week has passed with no reply.
    Am I to assume that this is the level of support for this product?
     
    Almost seems like this is your *** child and you would rather support your other
    products that make more money for you.
