Installation has been properly done after several headaches....

 

LiveSupportOperatorClient.msi also installed...

 

operator has been setup.....

 

everything working well i placed the image which shows visitors to my site if an operator is online or not(tested & working)...

 

when its offline....i clicked and sent a messenge and it was there in the feedback....

 

next when the operators online i tried to chat with the operator, clicked on the image, a pop-up window comes up and i filled in my details and clicked to chat but i just couldn't get to see the final chat window where i chat with the operator.....

 

is there something i'm leaving out?

 

also i would like to edit this pop-up window but how?
