Connection Lost?

When a user requests a chat, my operator console gets the request, but as soon as the operator clicks "ACCEPT" the user window (in the operator console) says :

The connection to the chat server is lost. Require Agent Or Customer

On the user side, it says connected, and show no indication of a lost connection....

I have the latest version, what's going on?

dstoltz,

Are you using the live support standalone or live support for Community server or DNN?

Please check the root of your application, if you can find a folder name "Errors", please check the error log files in that folder.

It's stand alone....I fixed the problem though....

It had something to do with the fact that the operator was not added to the department in the admin console.
