    Hi,
     
    I am using the Cute Editor version 6.0 in a custom Content Management System to allow my clients to edit content on their site. While most of my clients are able to load and use the editor with no problems, there are a few that generate errors everytime they try and load it.
     
    I know this seems like a machine-specific issue but I was wondering if anyone had any insight into what on these machines may be causing the particular problem.
     
    Here is the error being generated:

    Does anyone have any clues or similar experiences? I would appreciate any insight.

    Not seen the error before, but I would be asking what browser and version are they using?
     
    The line

    BrowserType: Unknown Netscape Netscape4 4.0 True

    makes me wonder if they are using an old netscape, or a different browser to the norm.
     
    What does cute support think?

    If you visit this link (http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx) using this browser, do you have the same error?

    If it's an old version netscape, Cute Editor should show a regular textarea instead of error messages.
