    I am having challenges getting the "email chat script" to work.
     
     
    This file does not appear to have installed during the "install module" process in DotNetNuke.
     
    Where does this file belong?
     
    In <add key="DefaultMailAddress" value="LiveSupport&lt;[email protected]&gt;" />
    there is LiveSupport&lt;.....&gt;
    Is the LiveSupport&lt; and &gt; necessary?
     
    Any help would be appriciated.
     
    Also, the email response to feedbacks works fine. I am guessing that is using some other method of email?

    1. The file does go in the root of the DotNetNuke install.
    2. The LiveSupport&lt; and &gt; are not necessary

    Anyone know how the email is sent from the respond to feedback?
