Hi, I am evaluating CuteEditor 6.1.1 for purchase.  I need to be able to limit the text a user enters.  I have looked at the MaxTextLength property, but I would like to know if it is possible to:

 

a) stop the javascript popup from appearing when the text exceeds the MaxTextLength property after a postback

b) silently limit the text the user enters. ie MaxTextLength is set at 50, the user pastes 100 chars of text, only 50 should appear in the control.
