Afternoon,

When I go to HTML view and type in &Reg; it changes it to &Reg; - which as you can imagine is highly annoying - is there a way to change this editor so that when I type something in HTML mode it stays how I've typed it!

We are investigating this issue. For the time being, please use ® or & #174; instead.

did you read the documentation?

there is a property called usesimpleampersand...

... try like this

<ce:editor id="Editor1" runat="server" UseSimpleAmpersand="True" />

It's now coming up as:

&#174; (in the code).

I've added the simpleampersand property earlier, and nothing.

Type & #174; in the Code View (without space)

Or type ® in the Wysiwyg View.
