How to create Canned URLs in client console?

    Hi adam

We have purchased cute soft live support.
I'd like to create canned urls from  client where i cannot create them in Tools>organized canned urls.
Everytime i create one it keeps saying invalid url though the syntax is correct.

    any idea on this.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi AYM,

Make sure the url at the end  Included  '/'.

Url like http://www.google.com/login.aspx does not '/'

    Regards,

    Hi Ken,

Thanks so much for the reply.
with "/" it is working now.

Another question for canned images, I realized that images can only upload from online. How about from local drive?
    Is it possible?

    Thanks again.
    Regards,

Re: How to create Canned URLs in client console?

    Hi AYM,

You can follow these steps and create canned URLs in client console:
    a. Put all images in one folder
    b. If you did not install IIS, please install IIS(Internet Information Service)
    c. Run IIS administrate panel, create a virtual directory and let it point to your image folder
    d. After the previous steps, you can access your images by http://localhost/sharedimage  (your site name)

Now, you can create canned URLs by http://localhost/sitename/imagefilename.

    Regards,
    Eric
