Cute Editor is not displayed properly

We have Cute Editor Version 6.0.

Development Tool: Visual Studio 2005.

Source project (test site) and live site are located on the same server.

When I open the Cute Editor in the test, it works perfectly. However, when I try to do the same in the live after publishing, the Cuter Editor is shown as a gray box with five empty images (see image below)

If you upgrade from an earlier version, please delete the old client files.

CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor/Web.config may cause this problem.

I don't think we ever upgrated it.

There is no web.config file in CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor.

I temporary redirect users to test project to use CuteEditor, but they get promted with user name and password and their active directory credentials don't work.

Please add the following code into your web.config file then try again.

Thanks for a quick response Adam.

I added these two lines into my Web.config

The line <clear /> caused the following error message, so I had to remove it. The line <add verb ... didn't fix anything

Server Error in '/main' Application.

No http handler was found for request type 'GET'
