Hi,

My client use ie v6 . they are getting an error (Internet explorer has encountered problem and needs to close ... ) when who are in chat window and their ie window is closed (after entering on "don't send" button).

could you please help me?

My clients are in an intranet so they don’t have any access to internet. Should I send more information about clients for you. Are there any correlations between this problem and bandwith (client to server)??
