I just buy your support chat online when  application note "Agent admin is online now" but i my page is offline, i must refresh app's connection to get online on web?

 

I set "automatic reconnection already..

 

Please tell me how to fix, i can not day by day, hour by hour to check web to know  "offline" or not to refresh

If any operator set his/het status online, Cute Live Support will automatically change the display image from offline to online.

 

You don't need to refresh the page. Cute Live Support will change it automatically.
