thanks and i have few more questions.
If the visitors wait for more than 10 minutes:.
1. Visitor will be redirected to feedback window.
[AYM] In my live support, it is not working that way. After 10 mins, the visitor isnt redirect to feedback form (offline message request form)
Can you advise me which coding page i should be looking at?
2. Cute Live Support will send an email to operator. The title of this email will be "MISSED CONVERSATION".
I only see "Missed Conversation" messages in "Feedbacks" where i can see from Tools>View Feedbacks.
Email here means "the operator online at that time" or The administrator email. How can I know which email is assigned default? or pls let me know where to look at.
