I have windows 7 and my AjaxUploader.dll is version 3.0.0.0 (last modified 2/7/2010) and it does not work.  I will open up the "Open Dialog" window but will not upload the file.  If I turn off the Protected Mode of the I.E. 8 - then it will work.   What will be the settings in I.E. 8 other than the disabling Protected Mode so that it will work?

We've tried uploader on Windows 7 and vista which protected mode is on. It works ok.

You can check javascript error by this code :

I'm having a similar issue...

 

maybe check out my website using IE8... its basically the "Start uploading manually" scenario, but the OnPostBack javascript doesnt seem to get called.

I have checked your code.

 

You should return false in that OnPostback event. (http://ajaxuploader.com/Demo/Start-uploading-manually.aspx always return false)

 

Otherwise ajaxuploader will call form.submit() again
