We are using the Uploader in an MVC app. Should it not automatically delete temporary files after a certain period (believe 8 hours)? Currently the temp files do not get deleted automatically.

 

P.S. we are also still waiting a response to the problem when having several uploaders on a page, in Firefox, the browse buttons appear when the insertButtonID is set to an Image. Any news on this issue?

We compare the current time with the File.GetLastWriteTime.  Regular temp files will be deleted 5 minutes later. Persisted temp files will be deleted 360 minutes later. When uploader page is uploaded, uploader will automatically delete all expired temp files.

 

If you have concerns abouy temp files, you can write some code and delete the temp files yourself.

Uploader will delete the files,  Only when the page be executed again.
