 wat are the network requirements(i mean whcih port are to be opened on firewall) to work Cute

chat properly on the client machine.

My problem is many users are  able to see  the chat window.BUt they are not able to send the and receive the messges  in cute Chat window.

CuteChat uses port 80, does this issue happen always or intermittent? does it happen to every user or only some users?
