    pressing ctrl+v twice cause error message in Chrome

    If I press ctrl+v twice, It will popup an errpr message:
    Error, INDEX_SIZE_ERR: DOM Exception 1
     
    I can reproduce this error on the demo page.
    can any one pls have a look at the issue?
